Instructional materials utilized in core subject areas in kindergarten through grade 12 are adopted by Marion County Public Schools in accordance with FL Statute 1006.40(2) and board policy 2520. Marion County Public Schools is a closed district for instructional materials adoption and follows the FDOE instructional materials adoption timeline.
